Respectful Service

From the moment I shipped my Dad’s remains out until I received the completed stones back, Parting Stone let me know where my loved one’s remains were in the multi-step process in a respectful way. The company truly understands that people are not only paying a lot of money for the product, but are also parting with their loved one for 2 months.

Tears of gratitude

Our son told me about Parting Stone and I am so happy that we entrusted Eric with this company. I was a little worried about the process at first and had a million questions which they patiently answered until I was questioned out. After all, we were entrusting someone we all love and care about very much to people we did not know.
I had no idea how meaningful the stones of my husband would mean to our entire family until Eric arrived back home They have left us with an indescribable amount of comfort with the loss of my husband. Eric is now back home and the stones are an immense comfort. The stones are warm and almost feel alive when we hold them in our hands. No, the stones are not Eric (the person), but they are Eric and he is tangible and he is home! Thank you, Parting Stone for the help that you have provided to us during this horrible time in our lives and thank you to Emily, who sent Eric home to us

So Touching

I am so impressed with my husband’s stones, as well as the way Parting Stone handled everything. I have shared some of the stones with his best friends in Germany, and I took one with me to a beloved vacation spot of ours. I find I talk to him more. Our family appreciates each of us being able to have a few stones. I love how the stones feel in the hand—so smooth.
The care in the packaging was so appreciated. Thank you Parting Stone for this wonderful service.

meaningful for young children

Our adult daughter passed after a 6 year battle with cancer. She left behind 2 young boys under the age of 12. Whiile nothing can replace their mother's daily presence in their lives, being able to "hold her" passing stones is immeasurably important.

Memory Stones

As a funeral home professional, I am so pleased with the Parting Stones I received and the memory that I will be able to cherish of my dad and brother each time I see the stones.
Being able to also pass them down to my boys, the memory of their grandfather and uncle will be a sweet reminder of the love they had for our family.

Amazing process, result and communication

I would be lying if I said I wasn’t a bit apprehensive about sending my loved one’s ashes via USPS to a basically unknown entity. My wife of 41 years and I had the luxury of multiple family discussions regarding disposition of remains prior to her death. She loved the idea of Parting Stones and had chosen this for herself. Payment, shipping were super easy. Parting Stones communicated via email every step of the way and updated us frequently on processing. Overall very seamless. As for the stones, they are amazing to have open of viewing and touching. They evoke a very unique response when held by friends and family, very powerful. I can’t tell you the number of people that have requested I send them the link to the Parting Stones site. If you’re apprehensive like I was, don’t be. If it’s right for your loved one you won’t regret choosing Parting Stones.
