So much nicer to have than ashes

I’d never had a pet cremated and their ashes returned before, but I felt the need to get back my heart and soul dog in some form when I lost him 9 years ago. It broke my heart when he was gone. But having the ashes was almost worse, he sat on a shelf and it felt like I had abandoned him, how do you carry ashes around with you? These stones are perfect! I can carry one of his stones with me always, and they are polished, smooth, and I can hold them - you can’t do that easily with ashes. Parting Stone was very caring for my feelings, and my Boy’s remains.

A Physical Reminder

While my soul dog lives in my heart, welcoming home her parting stones was so very heartwarming. I can now slip a smooth white stone in my pocket and take her on a morning walk or a sunset stroll. I can hold the stone in my pocket and feel her with me. The transformation process takes time, but Parting Stone kept me informed at each stage. The hurt and emptiness remain, but it’s so good to have my Lila home.

A peaceful choice

When you're holding all your feelings and this option is presented to you for a loved one, I can't explain the amount of calm and peace I had when I realized this was possible. There's something very comforting about nature, trees, water, smooth stones. They can be held, they can be placed. They can be treasured forever and let go of all at once. I'm grateful this exists.

A Heartfelt Tribute to My Beloved Chewie

Losing my 17.5-year-old maltipoo, Chewie, was an incredibly difficult and emotional experience. Chewie was more than just a pet; he was the love of my life, a loyal companion, and a cherished member of our family. When it came time to decide how to memorialize him, I wanted something truly special, something that reflected the unique bond we shared.

That's when I discovered Parting Stone, and I'm forever grateful that I did. Parting Stone offered me a creative and beautiful way to honor Chewie's memory. Instead of the traditional option of receiving ashes in a box, I chose to have his remains transformed into stunning stones. It felt like the perfect way to celebrate his life and keep a part of him close to me.

From the moment I contacted Parting Stone, I was met with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. They guided me through the entire process, ensuring that everything was done with the utmost care and respect. The team at Parting Stone truly understands the depth of love we have for our pets, and their support was invaluable during this difficult time.

The resulting stones are nothing short of breathtaking. Each one is a unique and tangible representation of Chewie's essence, capturing his spirit in a way that a box of ashes never could. I now have these beautiful stones displayed in my home, and they bring me comfort and solace every day.

Parting Stone has not only provided me with a beautiful memorial for Chewie, but they've also helped me find a sense of closure and peace in my grieving process. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone who wants a truly meaningful and creative way to remember their beloved pet.

Thank you, Parting Stone, for your exceptional service and for helping me pay tribute to the love of my life, Chewie. You have made a difficult journey a little easier, and for that, I am forever grateful.

We lost my wife and our beloved shih-tzu in 12 months. We have them both re-united in a large silver flowered plate presiding our dining room joining me every day for lunch... those bright stones are alive playing around... no sadness!
